今天的新經驗:“對自己恩慈”

1.買一個你喜歡的東西,譬如鮮花,盆栽,穿戴的東西,吃的東西。

2.做一件你喜歡的事情,譬如找一個好朋友喝個下午茶,出海去,做園藝。

3.今天對自己的要求如果原本是十的話,請降低到五或六。

4.對自己說些恩慈的話,例如我做得併不完美,但是我正在實現自己的目標。 我有能力.

成為一個恩慈的人,善待自己,是對自己的良善,也是神喜悅我們做的事情。是否今天你在焦慮當中,擔心不知道如果不這樣做別人會對你生氣?或者是覺得自己做的總是不夠好。那麼今天,是你的恩慈日,請您善待你自己。學習在當自己的時候,心中有平安。生命中有許多選擇,但是能夠讓你快樂的選擇,是最好的選擇。我們的生活面對許多的挑戰,有時候是親人的控訴,有時候是教會人的論斷,有時候是工作場所的批評。但是唯一重要的是,我們對神降服,對人有愛,就夠了。每一個人快樂與否其實不是我們造成的,是他自己的選擇。不要把別人該付的責任,放到我們的身上。請對自己恩慈吧!

Mismatching Experience: Be kind to yourself!

1. Buy something you like, such as flowers, potted plants, things to wear, things to eat.

2. Do something you like, such as find a good friend for afternoon tea, go out to sea, do gardening.

3. Reduce your demanding to be perfect. It is ok if you are achieving less

today.

4.Say kind words to yourself, such as  I am not doing perfect, but I am in the process of achieving my goal. I am capable.

To be a gracious person and to treat yourself kindly is to be kind to yourself, and it is also what God pleases us to do. Are you anxious today, worried that others will be angry if you don't please them? Or feel that what you do is always not good enough. Let today be your kindness day; please be kind to yourself.  There are many choices in life, but the option that makes you happy is the best. We face many challenges in our lives. Sometimes it is the accusation of relatives, sometimes it is the judgment of church people, and sometimes it is the criticism of the workplace. But the only thing that matters is to submit to God and love people. Whether everyone is happy or not is their own choice. Don't put other people's responsibility on you. Be kind to yourself!
